Church Planting Course

Designed to equip individuals and core teams with a strong biblical foundation, practical leadership skills, and hands-on mentoring for planting and growing churches in urban India.

ABOUT THE COURSE

The course covers a wide range of topics, equipping participants with valuable insights and practical skills. Led by experienced church leaders, worship leaders and musicians who are passionate about nurturing growth in worship, this course aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of worship and empower individuals to lead with excellence.

  • Who is this course for?
  • Individuals or couples who clearly intend a plant a church / cell / youth group and are willing to engage in planting efforts within 3 months from the start date of the course.
  • Pastors and core team members from newly planted churches (within last 3 years)
  • Leaders of Outposts.
  • Leaders from struggling churches needing revitalisation.
  • Course Structure
  • Online sessions over 5 Saturdays from (half days).
  • 8 Practical sessions at an in-person Worship Retreat where participants have the opportunity to apply what they have learned. This hands-on experience enhances their skills and builds confidence in leading worship

  • Rs. 10,000/-
  • Selection Criteria for Course Candidates
  • Be a committed Christian and be a regular and active member of a local church (for at least the last 12 months)
  • Should be water baptised
  • Is being discipled or is willing to be discipled
  • Is part of the local church leadership team
  • Is recommended to join the course by the local pastor
  • Be at least 18 years of age by the time they start the course
  • Have successfully completed Grade 10 or be proficient in spoken and written English
  • Clears the interview process

The maximum number of students for this course is limited to 20. Admission will be granted on a first-come, first-
served basis, provided applicants meet the required criteria and successfully complete the interview process.
